Welcome to ILM HQ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ILM HQ platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ILM HQ ("we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using ILM HQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using the ILM HQ platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), or that you are using the platform under the supervision and authority of a licensed educational institution.
If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a school or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms.

Access to ILM HQ is provisioned by institutional administrators. Individual users (teachers, students, accountants) receive accounts created and managed by their institution's administrator.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ILM HQ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
ILM HQ is designed for institutional use. When a school or institution subscribes to the platform:
Institutions must not use ILM HQ for any purpose other than managing their own educational operations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these acceptable use standards, without prior notice.
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including lectures, exam papers, and institutional data ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant ILM HQ a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our intellectual property: The ILM HQ platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and product features, is the exclusive property of ILM HQ. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without express written consent.
Feedback: Any suggestions, feedback, or ideas you provide about the platform may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.
ILM HQ is currently available by demo only. To access the platform, you must submit a demo request. Demo access is granted at our sole discretion and does not constitute a subscription or commercial agreement.
Demo access may be limited in scope, duration, or features. We reserve the right to revoke demo access at any time. Any data entered during a demo session may be deleted at the conclusion of the demo period.
Pricing and subscription terms for ILM HQ will be communicated separately during the onboarding and demo process. By agreeing to a subscription:
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your institution's access to the platform.
Your use of ILM HQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We process institutional data as a data processor, acting on the instructions of the institution (the data controller). Institutions are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with applicable data protection laws.
We strive to maintain high availability of the ILM HQ platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of unplanned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages. These limitations may not apply to you in full.
By you: Institutions may terminate their subscription by providing 30 days written notice to ILM HQ. Individual users may request account deletion through their institutional administrator.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our reasonable discretion.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We will provide a data export to the institution within 30 days of termination upon request.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
If you are located outside Pakistan, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in Pakistan in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
